• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500. Maximum deposit limits may vary.
• Withdrawal time: Typically 5–30 minutes, within 24 hours at most.

• In the event of a dispute over a game result, a decision will be made following a review of the audit logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on basb8. Violations may result in account closure and legal action:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds.

Basb8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If fraudulent activity is suspected on the account.
• Failing to cooperate with the verification process.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

You can also close your account yourself. The responsible gaming self-exclusion process allows you to temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.

• Internet connection: basb8 is not liable for any losses resulting from your internet connection being interrupted.
